Q. What can I expect if I sign up for vacation home services?

A: We, at Green Solutions Cleaning Services, pride ourselves in providing the most honest services. You can rest assured that you will always receive quality cleanings and presentations on time. We will be your eyes and ears, and we will communicate with you on the highest levels. We will let you know if you need any inventory replacement, repairs, overall condition of the home, as well as make suggestions for improvements.

Q. Do I need to provide cleaning products to clean my residential home?

A: We provide all cleaning products and tools. We prefer to use green, or chemical free cleaning solutions, specialized polishes for certain wood, marble, granite, or stone surfaces, but if you have a preferred product you love, and will use it at your request.

Q. How should I prepare for the cleaning day?

A: For residential homes: it would be helpful to declutter the bathroom and kitchen countertops, pack away your personal items and sensitive information. If you are not present at the time of the cleaning, please provide all necessary access information ahead of time.
For vacation homes: please make sure that guests follow the departure guidelines.

Q. Can I choose a specific time of day for my cleaning service?

A: During preview we will take everything into consideration to find a day and time that will best fit your schedules, as well as our operating hours

Q. Is Green Solutions Cleaning Services LLC insured?

A: Yes, we have an insurance policy in effect. In addition, we hold licenses in Osceola and Polk Counties and registered to do business in the State of Florida.

Q. How do you work around pets?

A: We love pets, but to make the cleaning go smoother, we prefer them to be out of the way while cleaning if possible. We can discuss during the preview how to resolve this, as we do not want to cause any stress to pets.

Q. Will a supervisor be present or oversee the cleaning process and results?

A: Yes, the cleaning team will arrive with a supervisor. The team will receive a checklist, which is based on your request at the time of the preview. The supervisor will inspect the home upon completion.

Q. What if I am not completely happy with your services?

A: Our teams are extremely detailed, and understand the tasks assigned to them to perform. The reason for the preview is to avoid any miscommunication, create a checklist based on your needs and preferences, which in turn helps to avoid missing any areas in the home. However, we are all human and could make mistakes; our remedy is a second trip for free to correct a reasonable complaint.
