Deep Cleaning Vacation Home
A deep cleaning for short-term rentals is not a small assignment. Depending on the size of the home, and due to the extremely detailed tasks, it usually takes 2 – 3 days to complete.
It is highly recommended to have this type of cleaning at least once a year for vacation homes.
During deep cleaning, every inch of all surfaces must be wiped, from ceiling to floors.
Please see some of the highlights below of the tasks we perform:
- Wet wipe all ceiling fixtures, including vents, light fixtures, fans, decorative molding.
- Move all furniture possible, clean under and behind, inside drawers, wipe all hard surfaces.
- Pull out stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer, and clean under, behind, and around.
- Remove and wash all dishes from cabinets and wipe out all drawers and cupboards.
- Wash all doors, frames, and baseboards.
- Rinse artificial plants.
- Wash/polish interior windows and mirrored surfaces and blinds
- Wash all curtains, decorative pillows, or cases.
- Wash all bedding items, including all protectors.
- Reorganize, as necessary.
