Q:
What can I expect if I sign up for vacation home services?
A:
We are a full-service company, which you can rely on for all types of services to take care of your home. This includes but does not limited to: departure cleanings, touch ups, deep cleanings, mid-stay cleanings, as well as repairs and maintenance, including preventive maintenance. We also provide cleaning and monthly inspections, call out for emergencies, vendor placement, and more! We treat your home as if it were ours, and you will know about any and all issues which might arise.

Do I need to provide cleaning products?
A:
We provide all cleaning products and tools. Prefer to use green products where possible, but occasionally we must use bleach-based solutions to remove stubborn mold and mildew. However, if you have specific solutions you prefer to be used, we will gladly comply with your request.

What do I need to prepare for your cleaning services?
A:
For residential homes: please try to unclutter counter tops, dressers, and floors, and make sure to provide access information. For vacation homes please make sure that guests follow a basic departure instruction, such as remove trash, wash a load of towels, and start the dishwasher.

How much will your cleaning services cost?
A:
There are many factors to consider when pricing a cleaning: whether it is a general cleaning or deep cleaning, furnished home or empty, are there any pets, and the condition of the homes. We gladly provide a free preview and estimate.

Q.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
A:
We prefer electronic payments such as Zelle, ACH payments, or checks, and cash. Credit card payments are accepted with a convenience fee only.

Q.
Can I choose a specific time of day for my cleaning service?
A:
In most cases we prefer morning hours, especially if, and when many hours are needed to complete the cleanings. However, in some cases we could provide late afternoon services. In addition, we do provide night services for offices.

Q.
Do I have to be home when the cleaning team arrives?
A:
You do not have to be home when we arrive, but you can be if you prefer. In all cases we will meet the owner firsts, at which time trust is built, as well as we guarantee that once we have set up an appointment we will show up!

What services do you NOT provide?
A:
We do have insurance coverage limitations; therefore, we are not able to clean over 12' higher ceiling fixtures and windows. Exterior window cleanings are only offered with interior cleaning services.

Are you insured?
A:
Yes, we are insured up to $1,000,000.00 per occasions. We are also licensed with Osceola and Polk Counties, and registered with the State of Florida. Judith is also a Local Contact with Osceola County

Q.
What do I do with my pet while you are in my home?
A:
We love pets, but we do prefer them to be out of the way while cleaning. You can contain dogs into a cage or one room, may be the garage (only if it is not too hot!) Cats usually hide, and stay out of our ways ?

Who will be cleaning my home?
A:
Your home is cleaned by well trained and honest housekeepers with supervision in some cases. Depending on the type and size of service we are providing, it could be an individual cleaner, or a team.

What if I am not completely happy with your services?
A:
When you order a deep cleaning, you can be assured that absolutely everything will be cleaned. For general cleaning we will discuss all items that will be cleaned but please keep in mind that general cleanings are not as detailed as deep cleanings, therefore cannot expect everything to be done. However, our aim is truly to make all customers happy, and if any cleaning item is missed, we will gladly correct it.

Q:
What is the difference between general cleaning and deep cleaning?
A:
Deep cleanings are very throughout cleanings; top to bottom, under and behind every furniture and surfaces. This is also called a Spring cleaning. General cleaning is when we clean the most used areas, but of course with attention to details.
