As with everything in life, changes are constant on so many levels. Lifestyle preferences, new favorite themes, and characters from movies by Disney, new gadgets, and electronics, which often make our lives easier, gives us more and simpler access to information. Each home should keep up with this new market and guests’ demands and be at least relevant to attract more and returning guests.

Upgrades can be extensive or simple, expensive, or budget friendly depending on current conditions and set up of the home.

You do not even need an expert interior designer, especially one who is not familiar with making a vacation home practical and will not take into consideration that inventory in STR homes often needs replacement, such as bedding and towels. Furniture finishing is also extremely important, you should prefer something that is easy to maintain, sturdy, and does not require special cleaning attention.

We assess all rooms, taking into consideration all the above details, as well as to be as budget friendly as possible. We will create a couple of package options and will include you in the decision-making process.
